Hawzah News Agency – Lebanon’s Supreme Shiite Council held on Thursday a new session in which it underscored the importance of the golden formula (army-people-resistance) in face of the enemy in order to fortify the achieved victories.

In a statement issued after the session, the Council also underlined confronting the US infringement on the Lebanese national resources, underling the preservation of all the territorial and maritime rights through liberating the gas and oil resources from the Israeli piracy.

The statement emphasized that Lebanon will overcome the sanctions and economic siege just as it defeated the Israeli and takfiri terror.

The Supreme Shiite Council also called on the Lebanese government to take the necessary measures to cope with the socioeconomic crisis.

The Council also greeted the Palestinian resistance to the Israeli aggression, denouncing the takfiri blast which hit a mosque in Peshawar, Pakistan.
